These terms apply when you book or use luxury chauffeur services with Falcon Cars Limited. Please read them before confirming a reservation.

Bookings and quotes

All fares and journey details are confirmed before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of booking.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed when you book. We accept arrangements agreed in advance for corporate, hotel and private clients.

Cancellations and changes

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Late cancellations may incur a charge depending on notice given and journey type.

Passenger conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey if behaviour puts the driver, vehicle or other road users at risk, or if illegal activity is suspected.

Luggage and waiting time

Standard waiting times and luggage allowances apply as confirmed at booking. Additional waiting or stops may affect the final fare.

Liability

Falcon Cars Limited is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport procedures or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UK law.
